10.0The place was super calming, the bed was super comfortable and the jacuzzi was good! The place itself was close to the shops and you can travel super easy everywhere . 😄 Plus a free parking spot Infront of the place.

10.0Beautiful place ,the view on the water is even better in reality than the pictures. Luc was very nice he offered me a space where to park our bikes, and showed me nice places to visit in Leiden and also gave me very good recommendations for restaurants. I would absolutely come back.

6.0The location is nice, close to Leiden, quiet street, and the room is at the back-side facing the canal. The room is spacious enough, and it has a small balcony too. No noise from traffic, quiet place to sleep well.
− The place is really "tiered", waterbed covered with 2 more top-matrasses that where "warn out", and the bathroom is very tiered too. Unfortunately it was not clean, even the Jacuzi had this rough feel of old soap on the tub-surface. The whole room needs a fresh paintjob. The bathroom sinks put in good order, and cabinets to be cleaned up and made functional. I´m really sorry to write this as the host Luc was very friendly and clear in his communication, yet the reality for us was just this.
