7.0Appartement bien situé au calme, propre et en bonne condition. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Centre-ville historique très joli.
− Les joints de la douche doivent absolument être refait car ils sont noir, ce qui donne un air sale. Lit d'appoint inconfortable, les barres d'acier du canapé-lit se font sentir au niveau de la cage thoracique (peut importe le sens où l'on dort car il y en a une dans chaque sens), il faudrait remettre un autre matelas par dessus pour le confort.
