This suite is located in the new annex, on the ground floor and has a super king size bedroom, sitting room with table and chairs, private bathroom and access onto the covered patio which overlooks the garden. Underfloor heating is offered throughout this suite. A fridge, toaster, Nespresso machine and kettle are all provided in the sitting room. In the bathroom there's a double ended bath, walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access is through a private entrance.

This is the whole of the new annex and consists of two suites, plus a private kitchen and utility room. The house has 2 bedrooms with the possibility of adding a fold up bed to the sitting room in the upstairs suite at an additional cost. Guests have private use of the whole annex with its own entrance, parking and private section of the south facing garden with an outdoor dining area.
