We chose not to stay due to the booking issue and confusion on arrival.
2.0The host was considerate and made an effort to accommodate us with our booking. Although it wasn’t suitable in the end.
− We booked about a week in advance, but when we arrived at the property, we were told it had been double-booked and that other guests were already there. One of the hosts then incorrectly claimed that we had arrived a day early, which was quite frustrating and confusing. As a result, we decided to cancel the booking completely and look for accommodation elsewhere, which was very disappointing and not up to our expectations.
