Lovely property in a fab location.
10.0We had a very comfortable stay at Beech house. Breakfast was great with a good choice of items on the menu. The owner went out of her way to make us comfortable. Our room had been so thoughtfully designed, with a coffee machine, tea, and our own TV. And a nice comfy bed. There was ample space to hang clothes and store other bits. Even dressing gowns were provided. We had the adjacent bathroom which was actually very private as it's tucked away from other residents' rooms. We appreciated the toiletries provided and powerful shower! The property itself is in a peaceful location, with a lovely garden. The entrance to the amazing Greystoke Castle grounds is a short walk away.

8.0De badkamer en de kamer waren heel netjes, schoon en smaakvol
− In het dorp kon je niet eten. Gelukkig was er een kleine post office met wat producten. Wat broodjes en beleg gekocht en dat was ons avondeten. Gelukkig mochten we van de landlady het in de tuin opeten. Zij zorgde voor bestek en borden.
