9.0Lovely hosts, good breakfast. Tea and coffee facility in room. Close to bus stop for town centre and beyond.
− Busy road, noisy through the night.
We were treated like long lost family returning, made to feel so welcome and fed so well.
10.0The full English breakfast was fresh and hot and prepared to our taste and at the time we requested. I had coffee after my food and my daughter had her tea with her meal which was happily provided as we requested.

Excellent value in a very good location
9.0I was in single room with shared bathroom and consider this place to be the best value for money in the area. Toilet and shower were separate minimising likelihood and inconvenience of occupation. Room was small but ample drawer space, hangers and hooks on the wall and space under the bed. Also a wash basin from which one could fill the kettle. One could not expect too many frills at the price but the English breakfast was very well cooked and presented. Individual jug of orange juice as well usual items one would expect at the table. Toast as required. Room serviced daily with fresh towels despite these having not been requested (I was only there two nights) Poole Quay within walking distance and regular bus service to town centre, Swanage, etc. Hosts were warm, friendly and helpful, I shall return for a longer stay.
− Parking is on drive in front of house and can become congested so host requests a key being left if one is going out without one's car. Mine was not disturbed while I was away. Although the main road has parking restrictions, a side road a few doors away with several spaces does not Nothing else

9.0Very welcoming host who looked after us for our 2 night stay. We had a private bathroom with shower was clean and had every thing we needed. a comfortable bed and a tea tray refreshed everyday. Location was good, near good pub for dinner, a supermarket, take-away choices and walk to see the marina. Town was about 25 mins walk away but direct. Excellent breakfast with plenty of time to chat to our host and find out more of our surroundings. Would highly recommend.
