Heerlijke bed en zwembad. Het personeel en de gastvrijheid is niet wat je van Marokko gewend bent. Voor ons niet voor he
8.0Het bed! Heerlijke bed en ruime kamer. Het grote zwembad was heerlijk vertoeven. Bij de receptie werden we goed geholpen om onze auto een dag langer te huren. En de zalm op de menukaart was heerlijk!
− Het personeel en het geluid van de werklui en de grasmaaiers. Elke keer werd het gras gemaaid tijdens het ontbijt. Op 1 Marokkaanse jonge man na, was het personeel niet echt wat je van de Marokkaanse gastvrijheid gewend bent. Het wordt ook niet door Marokkanen gerund, dat is te merken aan het niveau van de gastvrijheid. Tijdens onze laatste ochtend kregen we een halve ontbijt. We vroegen waarom en toen werd er gezegd: ‘de keuken is nu dicht,’ dus de rest kregen we niet, tenzij we ervoor wilden betalen. Heel bizar! We waren nog wel vòòr half 11 bij het ontbijt aangekomen. Het personeel had ook onderling onenigheid in bijzijn van gasten. We wilden een nacht bijboeken, maar door de gekkigheid bij het ontbijt toch besloten naar een andere riad te gaan waar we eerder zijn geweest en de gastvrijheid fantastisch is! Bij het uitchecken werd niet gevraagd hoe ons verblijf was. Al met al was de energie niet fijn. Zonde want het is een mooie accommodatie.

8.0Nous avons adoré le lieu , le personnel toujours aux petits soins , la propreté, l’emplacement est idéal également et il permet de se reposer! Nous reviendrons
− Nous adorons-nous rendre à la Villa Katia, nous recommandons d’ailleurs beaucoup l’établissement mais cette fois ci l’accueil nous a semblé différent, moins familiale comme il pouvait l’être au début.
