9.0The owner really tried with the communication. He doesn't really speak English and I don't really speak Mandarin but he tried his best to make sure we understand
− The bed was a little harder than I expected but it was only for one night so it was okay

− Ŕoom was not fresh; no window only very a small one the inside the wall/hallway It was no very clean and smelly and it was a kind of dense in the morning: not very healthy to stay in. To Expensive NOT recommended!!
Room with good location and price.
10.0The room was well equipment. Small towels, shampoo, body gel, water, hairdryer, fan, air conditioner was provided. Location is near 7-eleven and nice breakfast restaurant.
− It was impossible to make it full dark in the room, because of the frame above door. There is a view from the window onto the corridor. The water in the shower does not pour out completely, because of this there is water on the ground all night

Cheap, acceptable, but beware of the cockroaches.
5.0Considering the price, the location and facilities are quite good.
− I spotted a massive cockroach running around in my room already one hour after arriving. I killed it, but since the staff was already away (and they could not speak English at all) I didn't have the possibility to change rooms. Did not spot other cockroaches after that, but still, one of the worst nights ever. Beds are also not comfy at all.
