8.0The location is perfect if you are here for the Biennale and if you want a quiet neighborhood. Shower was a bit small but there was no problem with the water. The stream was strong, temperature didn't change. The mattress was hard, we loved it. It's not a luxurious stay, but it's very cute and cosy. The communication with Alfonso was very smooth too.
Please note that late check-in after 21:00 costs extra EUR 10 for each hour of delay. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property.
Please note rooms are located on the mezzanine floor of a building with no elevator.
Full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival.
From Santa Lucia Train Station, take Vaporetto waterbus line 5.1 or 4.1 to Sant' Elena. Get off at Sant' Elena or Giardini - Biennale, which are 656 feet from the property. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
