10.0large room, no mold, very comfortable bed, nice restaurants in the area, good breakfast. can’t believe there is such a good value for money stay in venice.
It was the perfect mix of quiet, luxury, and close to all of the destinations. The host was amazing.
10.0The host, Max, was amazing. He helped us a ton with baggage drop off, gave us a map of the city and told us all the places to go, he was super friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. The room and the entire place was amazing. Everything was really nice and location was perfect. Close enough walk to all of the big destinations, but tucked away enough is a really nice quite location. The garden was amazing and breakfast was phenomenal.

Fantastic midweek in hot Venice
10.0We arrived too early but we could store are luggage in the building. Max gave us some great tour and restaurant tips. Breakfast was great and enough variation. Personnel was friendly. Great location : Spar and 2 other smaller supermarkets right around the corner; great gelatetia and winebar too. San Marcuolo boatstop right around the other corner.

10.0The owner Max was very kind and helpful on our arrival, and Drita, the woman working the breakfast was very caring. The location was excellent in a quiet neighborhood while still having everything close. The room was also very spacious and clean, just like the photos. AC was also working very well
