Wonderful stay! Exceptionally clean and well-appointed. Location was perfect for me, near EIT and meeting locations. All the comforts one could ask for. Lovely host!

− Some slight road noise, but it didn't affect my stay.

A great place to stay in the Bay

Cleanliness 10/10. Bed was very comfy. Location was close to both Napier and Hastings with a great variety of eateries within walking distance. Host provided very good local knowledge. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of options

A very relaxing stay with great facilities and lovely hosts.

The hosts were lovely, friendly people. The breakfast provided was wonderful, great variety and fresh food. Very close to shops, cafes etc. A very clean, attractive room with comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities.

Very warm welcome with so much privacy and comfortable space , the hosts couldn’t get any better in terms of being welcomed and made to feel right at home , we both enjoyed our stay and will be back.

It was clean... nothing else to add

− Not impressed.. a lot was stated on the Web.. but it was more to get people to stay.. like breakfast included..and it was only provided and you had to make it yourself and no egg options as no cooking facilities and table and chairs were metal garden table/chairs.. cold to sit on for brekky
