1.0− Esperienza molto deludente con questa prenotazione. Ho prenotato tramite Booking a un prezzo confermato e regolarmente visibile al momento della prenotazione. Successivamente sono stato contattato direttamente dalla struttura, che mi ha comunicato che secondo loro Booking avrebbe commesso un errore sul prezzo e che la tariffa corretta sarebbe stata superiore di 15€. Ho spiegato che, avendo già una prenotazione confermata, non era corretto chiedere un aumento successivo e ho chiesto che venisse rispettato il prezzo iniziale. La struttura però non è scesa a compromessi e ha mantenuto la propria posizione, insistendo nel voler applicare un prezzo diverso da quello confermato. Alla fine ho dovuto chiedere io la cancellazione della prenotazione, perché non accettavo una modifica unilaterale delle condizioni già pattuite. La reazione della struttura è stata poco professionale e poco trasparente, soprattutto perché il problema non dipendeva da me ma da un presunto errore tra la struttura e Booking. Ritengo che non sia corretto gestire così una prenotazione già confermata, lasciando il cliente in difficoltà e costringendolo a rinunciare per un disguido non suo. Nel complesso, esperienza negativa e gestita in modo poco serio. Mi aspettavo maggiore correttezza e disponibilità nel rispettare quanto prenotato.

− Noisy: there is a bar downstairs so you can hear it until very late. I needed earplugs to sleep. The included breakfast was: 3 coffee capsules (one was milk), a bottle of water, a small pack of cookies and a small cake.
