Awesome, relaxing stay
9.0I love the clean, rustic chic design of the room which gives a cozy, relaxing feeling. Has nice AC and good water facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. The greenery at the front lawn looks overgrown but nevertheless provides a homy, countryside ambience contrasting the hustle and bustle of Malolos streets. I'm surprised to see banana groves grown all over the Grand Royale Subdivision where this B&B is located! This is now my favorite retreat residence in Malolos!
− Next time I'll be bringing a handy water heater coz the shower here has no heating system. Would request also a bigger pail.

5.0I like the ambiance. It’s relaxing.
− There was a lack of essential items, such as utensils, when needed. We had to ask the staff or the owner next door. The location was too far and transportation wasn’t easily accessible—we had to book Angkas or Joyride. There was no nearby store to buy necessities. The place is ideal for relaxation or a staycation, but if you’re booking it for work, it may not be ideal as it’s too far from the capitol and other key areas.

8.0We had a very pleasant stay. Sofia, the host, was kind and accommodating. The place has very good ambiance and a safe environment.
− The description says that the property has 2 beds. But when the 2nd mattress is laid out, there isn’t much space to walk on.
It was pretty relaxing and quite. Maybe a little improvement of having an internet and netflix to make it more enjoyable
7.0I like the serenity we have there, the sound of nature in the morning. I love that the care takers are always there to help us specially going to the main road.
− Accessibility to shops and the city. The location is way too far from the streets that requires your own personal car to get in and out of the area. Though the caretakers are very supportive it is a bit of a hassle when you come home late and with bad weather. (in case) The property doesn’t have any internet connection as well which is pretty necessary if you are travelling, and when resting would have helped to have netflix at least to watch movies at night.
