9.0La struttura ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre esigenze, strettamente legate al lavoro. Raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione e vicinissima al polo universitario. Il quartiere è tranquillo e molto ben servito. La comunicazione con l'host è sempre stata fitta ed efficace, ricca di indicazioni dettagliate e puntuali. La dotazione del monolocale è molto ricca, sia in termini di accessori che di prodotti per la colazione e la vita quotidiana.
− La posizione al piano rialzato, in prossimità di una strada ad alto traffico, lo rende un po' rumoroso, a partire dalle prime ore del giorno. Tuttavia, è molto ben insonorizzato dagli infissi, ma d'estate si è costretti a rinunciare alla frescura ed optare per l'aria condizionata. Con entrambi i letti aperti lo spazio disponibile è ridotto all'essenziale.

9.0Un apartamento acogedor y con todas las facilidades. Tuvimos algunas dudas sobre el pago, y Elisabeta nos respondió a todas correctamente. Desayuno bastante completo (yogures, leche, café, té, pastas, fiambre, queso, pan...).
− Es cierto que se escucha bastante ruido de la calle, pero eso no nos molestó personalmente ya que estuvimos poco tiempo. No es muy luminoso.
