Very spacious, extremely comfortable and very friendly and professional staff
9.0Beautiful location with lovely views over the valley. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast was very tasty and Thobile went out of her way to both cater for my dietary requirements and to ensure our breakfast was prepared early so we could make a morning meeting.
Lovely accomodation, even though we didnt get room we booked.
8.0Staff was lovely and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the place is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay, even though it wasnt the room we had booked and paid for.
− We weren't happy that we were in the room we had booked into. We were put in the Winston suite which was nothing like the pictures or descriptions of the room we did pay for. So we were disappointed at that. But otherwise that, stay was enjoyable.
Keep up the excellent service and I hope to visit again very soon!

10.0We had a fantastic stay at Churchill House in Hillcrest. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the facilities were excellent. What really made our stay memorable, however, was the incredible staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, accommodating our special requests and providing excellent communication and helpful information throughout the Comrades weekend. The thoughtful touches, including a delicious packed breakfast, made a big difference and helped make our weekend even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Churchill House to anyone looking for accommodation in the area. A special thank you to Lee Ann and the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. You truly made our stay exceptional, and we will definitely be back!
