What a disappointment

− No one pickup the phone. We were so stranded. Arrival at the accommodation we stayed over an hr or less stranded in front of the gate. Until someone arrived from outside to open for us. As tired as we are have to climb the steep steps. TV was in Arabic language. It was disappointing not to watch bafana played. Bathroom towels were so hard like they were frozen with ice.

1.0The kitchen is disgusting. The stove does not work. It gets used as a cupboard to stash things. The kitchen is decapitated and very dirty. The linen on the beds was full of stains and marks. It's definitely not worth the money they charge.

Disgusting.
1.0Location.
− Everything. We had 3 rooms- all bad. Wasn’t cleaned in a very long time. Filthy. Windows in the room couldn’t close because it had no handles. Bedding was dirty. Bedding was broken. No remote for the TV. No plug for the android box. Cupboard a mess . Blanket not folded and only one hanger. No headboards on the one room. Walls dirty. Mould on some of the bathrooms. The motor for the gate to the property was faulty so the ‘staff member’ had to open and close it manually. Place is advertised with breakfast. But no breakfast available. The kitchen and dining area is also filthy and unhygienic. Wouldn’t eat there in such a state. There was cigarette butts in the bin in my room when I checked in. Cockroaches in all 3 rooms we had. Bathrooms bad. Prior to our stay, We tried to cancel one of the rooms and had no response from the host.

Had to get other accommodation.
1.0False advertising as this place was in Laudium and not in Centurion. We decided not to stay there and had to get other accommodation. I also couldn’t get hold of anyone on the cellphone number as well as the number provided in the voicemail.
− The fact that we were looking for a property in Centurion and definitely not in Laudium. The fact that it was false advertising.
