7.0The room was facing the ocean, which was only 100m away
− We paid extra for the upgrade of a sea view room, which was agreed upon with us but only upon arrival. They suggested an upgrade of the room because they said the room we had previously booked didn't have a window (?). Furthermore, the price for the upgrade was a bit high for low season. The property didn't accept card payments, so we had to withdraw cash and the closest ATM was at a 40-min walk away. It was specified that there would be Wi-Fi, but it didn't have access on internet and it didn't work. The TV and air conditioning also didn't work because the remote control batteries were dead. There was only one towel for the body, not for the hands. The Lady seemed nice but she could only speak taiwanese and didn't reply to our texts
From March till October, the property can help guests organize sightseeing trips and extra charges apply.
