8.0Posizione molto buona, con 10 minuti a piedi è possibile raggiungere piazza del popolo e visitare il centro storico di Fermo.
− Tutto perfetto però unica cosa che cambierei, il letto, che essendo nello stesso stile della casa ha la rete sotto al materasso, nulla di scandaloso, io non mi sono lamentato, andava tutto bene.
