− The room was very dirty and foul-smelling. The worst room we ever stayed. A lot of used cotton buds were found on the floor. The bathroom was very dirty like a public toilet. Moldy curtains hanged on the wall. See the below pictures. The room was filled with the smell of mothballs.

− Heading to the room after getting out of the elevator, the hallway smelled like pee.

6.0− Most of the mattress were on the floor. Difficult for people with bad knees and backs. Plates weren’t clean enough. Windows were dirty too
