− Manca un tavolino ed una presa elettrica per poter utilizzare un pc. Il paesino di Dervio è un tipico paesino di lago.

7.0La propreté de la chambre. Les équipements mis à disposition (cuisine, lave linge et frigo.)
− Pas de place de parking disponible à proximité. C'était la galère pour trouver où se garer dans la ville. Il faisait chaud dans la chambre sous les toits malgré un ventilateur mis à disposition. Établissement difficile à trouver.Le Gps ne connaissait pas la ruelle.

10.0Struttura direttamente sul sentiero che stavo percorrendo a piedi e a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione ferroviaria. Tra i servizi compresi con il pernottamento c’erano comunque acqua, caffè e dolcetti anche senza aver richiesto la colazione e l’uso della cucina. Personale molto gentile e disponibile
