Had graag warmer ontvangst gehad en een makkelijkere aanspreekpunt

− Geen warm onthaal. Kwamen net van een andere b&b af wat veel huiselijke was

9.0Ik heb een nachtje met mijn zoontje geslapen bij de betovering. Het voldeed heel erg goed. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het lucht/springkussen werd savonds speciaal voor mijn zoontje weer aangezet zodat hij nog even buiten kon spelen. Er is ook genoeg te doen in de omgeving en mijn zoontje vond het een magische plek. Het ontbijt was ook erg luxe en lekker.
− Het was me niet helemaal duidelijk waar ik terecht kon als ik een vraag had of waar ik de ingevulde ontbijt kaart in kon leveren. Totdat iemand die er werkte me wees op een bel waar ik op kon drukken indien ik vragen had
