Very comfortable
8.0La Mala is a clean and comfortable property with a wonderful communal terrace area that offers spectacular views. It’s in a very peaceful location yet just 2-3 minutes walk (via steep steps) from the bustling main street and harbour. The host, Gian, was very attentive and helpful.
− Not a dislike but it would have been nice for the property to provide a basic croissant and coffee style breakfast on the terrace in the morning.

Vernazza was the beautiful play to stay and the food was so fresh especially the fish.

1.0− My wife, grandson and I were SO looking forward to our stay on April 10th and 11th. Quite unfortynately and devastatingly, on the trin from Florence to Vernazza thriough LaSpezia, my grndson was robbed. His backpack including his clothes, laptop computer and most significantly, his passprt and student VISA were stolen. We had to get off the train and report to the police in LaSpezia, go to Massa to look for the stolen items and then had to return to Florence to go to the police and Amnerican Embassy. We could not go to Vernazza and reported that immediately to the preople at LaMala. We requested the return of our prepaid rooms from them and from Booking.com. We received no satisfaction or refunds. PLEASE give us the money I paid on my Marriott Bonvoy VISA Credit card - $926 UD dollars! Thank you.
