MAI FATTO A CAUSA DELLA PESSIMA GESTIONE CLIENTE
1.0niente, non ho soggiornato perchè la struttura non ha dato le disponibilità di cambio data previste tra le opzioni causando l'addebito della penale ed un cliente molto insoddisfatto.
− Poca chiarezza, con poco avremmo potuto risolvere accordandoci sullo spostamento della data ed avrebbero tenuto un cliente soddisfatto. Pessima gestione!
