10.0The location is very convenient—it’s quiet and peaceful, with several restaurants nearby. The boat station is also just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area.

8.0The room is very nice, very clean, the young woman from the breakfast was very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! The coffee was very good! The location was good, it was very quiet.
− We had a problem with the air conditioner, it was leaking a lot in the room, we had to constantly mop up the water from the floor. I am sure the owner would have helped us, but it was Friday evening and we didn't want to bother anyone.

− Le lenzuola non erano stirate, di pessima qualità e con strisce si sporco, la bottiglietta dell'acqua di cortesia aveva il segno del livello dell'acqua...chissà da quanto era lì. L' impianto di condizionamento rumorosissimo, il tavolino/comodino scrostato.

8.0Die Lage ist für Besucher der Biennale absolut perfekt - auch die Vaporetto-Station ist schnell zu erreichen! Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch.

− Hacía muchísimo calor en la habitación. El aire acondicionado es muy antiguo y no funciona correctamente. Dentro de la habitación había unos 30 grados. Le comunicamos la situación a la propietaria, pero no lo solucionaron, continuo roto durante nuestras dos noches.
