6.0Il posto è centrale e la stanza è molto accogliente e ha tutto l'occorrente. Bagno e aria condizionata sono ok e anche il letto comodo.
− L'accoglienza va rivista. Gli ospiti in generale vanno accolti, vanno date istruzioni precise su come si entra e sull'ingresso nelle stanze. Per scrupolo ho controllato, uscendo, che il badge funzionasse per aprire la stanza al ritorno la notte dopo il concerto all'anfiteatro. E non funzionava! Ho chiamato e mi è stata data assistenza ma ho dovuto proporre io la soluzione, di farmi avere immediatamente le chiavi. Se io non avessi provato, la notte sarei rimasta chiusa fuori la stanza. Bisogna dare istruzioni e VERIFICARE contestualmente all'arrivo degli ospiti che sia tutto a posto!

− Unico neo la colazione al bar ma non per la qualità, perché era buonissima, solo per il fatto di dover uscire dalla struttura e per 4 giorni poter scegliere solo cornetti o graffa . Noi amanti della colazione internazionale un po’ ci è mancata .

9.0Hébergement très bien. Dommage que le petit déjeuné est dans une boulangerie pâtisserie. Mais, j'avoue qu'on y mange très bien. Le petit déjeuné est très bien. On peut tout faire da pied depuis l'hébergement et l'accueil fut très bien. Merci à l'hôtesse !
− Pour prendre le petit déjeuné c'est un peu loin mais en 2 min même pas on y est.
