2.0Pictures are totally outdated, the property right now is unkept and everywhere you look is in need of attention and cleaning. The road was a dirt road and barely passable with a regular car.

10.0The host, Niccoló, is a nice, full-blooded Italian who does everything to make you feel good. She has four sweet puppies who are cute, they only go to you for petting, and they also love to sunbathe together. The road leading to the accommodation is not concreted, but it is easily accessible from the main road with a higher car, and in return the panorama is amazing! The nearest small town is a 5-minute drive away. We spent a fantastic 4 days here, I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants the real, authentic Tuscan atmosphere!

Strata czasu i pieniędzy!
1.0− Pozwolę sobie dokładnie opisać obiekt aby potencjalni goście mieli pełen obraz co mnie spotkało na miejscu. Obiekt wygląda na opuszczony i zaniedbany. Jadąc do posesji miałem wrażenie, że pomyliłem lokalizację. Droga wjazdowa jest fatalna. Polecam terenowy samochód. Środek jest zaniedbany i niechlujnie wykończony, tak samo jak całe obejście i taras. Od rana właściciel bombardował mnie wiadomościami i telefonami o nakazach i zakazach. Zależało mi na porannym śniadaniu oraz dostępie do internetu aby poszukać atrakcji do zwiedzania. Nie ma tam nawet zasięgu LTE do hotspotu. Konieczność opuszczania obiektu aby mieć internet. Rano śniadanie mnie rozczarowało 2 kawałki bagietki, łyżka dżemu, 1 jogurt i kawa. Szybkie szukanie sklepu spożywczego. Informuję właściciela o nie wywiązaniu się z umowy wynajęcia. Po 2 dniach właściciel poinformował mnie, że mam opuścić obiekt do 15 a pieniądze zostaną zwrócone, Poszukałem inne lokum w pobliskim hotelu. Po powrocie złożyłem reklamację. Pieniądze zostały zwrócone ale wakacje uważam za stracone. Odradzam pobytu w tym obiekcie! Wymienię niedogodności z obiektu które widnieją na stronie: brak dostępu do internetu, śniadania beznadziejne jak do dziecka 3 letniego, zestaw kosmetyków był używany, brak szlafroków, brak środków czystości, 1 rolka papieru na 9 dni, podłoga z paneli pcv, wejście wspólne do drugiego obiektu oraz prywatnego mieszkania na piętrze, meble ogrodowe zaniedbane jakby opuszczone przez kilka lat, szafka nocna 200 letnia ruina bez 1 nogi kiwająca się i tak samo garderoba stara z odpadającym dnem.

9.0Really lovely old farmhouse that makes a great plase to slow down. Having a car coming here is recommended, but we also got a contact though the owners with a great car that also beat taxi prices to go to the airport. Clean rooms and a wonderful location. Great service and hospitality. Lovely dogs that want some petting and a cat that also would like some attention. All the animals respect your choice to pet them or not and spend most of their time by themselves. Very good breakfast with coffee , tea, an organic fruit drink, croissants, white and brown bread, marmelade and apricot jam and yoghurt. Lovely to be able to order when we wanted breakfast.
− Improvements are hard to make in an old house.
