9.0La posizione, ottima e a pochi passi dal mare. La struttura è pulita e molto curata. La colazione super! Con prodotti del territorio e dolci fatti in casa. Marco, il proprietario, molto disponibile e gentile. La piscina è un valore aggiunto.

1.0− I cannot understand how they can call this Supreme room😊 the room is not supreme standard at all. To make it worst, we got there very late after a long trip hoping to sleep wake up and relax by the pool. Could not happen Unfortunately as just opposite this place they are doing construction which neither it seemed it started today , nor it will finish soon! At 9:00 in the morning they started digging, check video attached. Woke us up and our relaxing 😂 breakfast had to be with these noises . I believe that this should be indicated to clients before they book and than they decide, not find themselves in this situation after booking, not so cheap room . What I was told by the owners is that they are sorry and cannot control this. And I was offered to stay by the pool. Yes listing to these noises. Anyways anyone thinking of booking now you know at least you have been informed by me if the owner does not care to inform you🙏 Unfortunately cannot upload video here but this is a picture of the view from my supreme room with digger hammering the land at 9.

10.0Sehr gepflegte Anlage und Ausstattung, sehr ruhig. Der Swimmingpool ist besonders toll. Prima auch, dass man Extra-Strandtücher erhält. Zum Strand geht man nur 200m zu Fuß. Auch nach Marzamemi kann man in 15 min laufen.
