− Klimatyzacja w trakcie naszego pobytu zaczęła cieknąć i mimo powiadomienia właściciela i zapewnienia z jego strony, że ktoś przyjdzie ją naprawić, tak się nie stało.

− Remote control from air conditioner was brocken (the screen). It was nearly impossible to change the settings. No late check in. No possibility to store luggage for a couple of hours.

− Infelizmente, tivemos diversos problemas durante a hospedagem. O proprietário demorava muito para responder às nossas mensagens e precisávamos insistir várias vezes para obter qualquer retorno. Também ficamos sem papel higiênico e tivemos que esperar bastante tempo para que um item básico fosse reposto. Além disso, o controle do ar-condicionado não funcionava. Precisei entrar em contato diversas vezes para pedir ajuda, pois minha mãe tem um problema pulmonar e não podia permanecer em um quarto com o ar muito gelado. Mesmo assim, o problema demorou a ser resolvido, causando muito desconforto. Outro ponto muito decepcionante foi a falta de limpeza. Ficamos hospedadas por 7 dias e, durante todo esse período, o quarto não foi limpo nenhuma vez. Viajo com frequência e sempre me hospedo em hotéis, mas nunca tive uma experiência tão ruim quanto esta. Esperava um atendimento muito melhor e mais atenção às necessidades básicas dos hóspedes.
