10.0Przepiękna lokalizacja w lesie na górce. Blisko Parku Zdrojowego i Pijalni Wód Mineralnych. Miejsce, w którym narawdę można odpocząć od codziennego zgiełku. Będzie mi brakowało śniadania na tarasie. Kąpiel w basenie w upalny dzień to coś wspaniałego. Przesympatyczna obsługa sprawia, że chce się tu wracać:)

9.0Villa blisko parku, świetna lokalizacja. W pokoju czysto.
− Chcieliśmy wcześniej zostawić plecaki by z nimi nie chodzić po Dusznikach a okazało się to małym problemem.... Pani twierdziła, że nie ma nas na liście gości i nie ma dla nas pokoju mimo, że pobyt był wcześniej opłacony przez Brooking. Na szczęście wszystko udało się wyjaśnić i pobyt przebiegał bdb.

Spokojenost.
8.0Pobyt s rodinou jsme si maximálně užili. Vila Fortuna vypadá starší, ale zjevně probíhá soustavnou rekonstrukcí a vnitřky jsou nové. Krásná a stylová restaurace se skvělými snídaněmi. Užili jsme si také bazén a sportovní hřiště. Jediná škoda je ta, že restaurace v době našeho pobytu nefungovala i večer pro veřejnost. Bazén byl dostupná až do 21h, ale nemohli js že jsme si objednat třeba drink, ačkoliv zázemí a letní terasa k tomu je uzpůsobena. Možná to bylo tím, že nebylo moc pěkné počasí. Jinak nemáme co vytknout, lednička k dispozici na patře a rychlý a bezproblémový check-in, bez zdlouhavé byrokracie. Personál velice ochotný, půjčil i fén a co bylo třeba. Co je opravdu skvělé, je poloha ubytování, které se náchází hned vedlé lázeňského parku s mnoha restauracemi a dětské hřiště v docházkové vzdálenosti, takže my jsme si pobyt užili a děkujeme.
