It was very nice. Pleasant and quiet.
8.0The just were really sweet and did all they could to make you feel comfortable. The trees and river were also lovely.
− The neighbor hood is a bit rundown but the property feels secluded from this. The rooms to me feel a bit small but for a bed and breakfast they are probably pretty standard.

10.0We love this B & B! The property was so beautiful and serine! Eric and Ros were so kind and hospitable. We enjoyed getting to know them.
− I didn't like the traffic in the area. We thought the town would be less congested.

10.0Breakfasts were excellent with fresh fruit and juice daily with some of the fruit picked each morning from the hosts own bushes. Beautiful site, treed with a view of a bay in the Spokane River. Air conditioned, so that nights were always comfortable despite the heat. The host has been at this for 30 years and has a very genial personality.
