10.0The location was set in an open field with a view of the farm, which was lovely. Very clean and beautiful home, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom was spotless. It was on a very hot day that we arrived, but there was a fan provided. The fridge was stocked with cold water and a drink of prosecco, biscuits, hot drinks, and chocolate bars. There were toiletries as well. We were served a continental breakfast with a variety of cold meats and cheese, bread rolls and pastries, a selection of yoghurt, cereals and fresh fruits, and fresh cappuccino from a coffee machine. Most of all, Leigh was an excellent host with knowledge of the local area. Very friendly and accommodating.
− The weather was too hot, but nothing to do with the host. In fact, she made us feel at home by opening the doors to the porch, where there was a breeze.
Spotlessly clean, very helpful and welcoming. Great bed and superb breakfast.

− Can’t fault accommodation or host. It is a bit remote so can’t walk to pub or shop but we didn’t need to anyway.

9.0Leigh, the landlady was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional. We had a very pleasant stay and would use it again.
Happily stay again and would recommend that others give it a try you won’t be disappointed.
10.0From the moment the door opened you were felt welcome, host was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you, the little touches in your room were appreciated.
Amazing host and the best Continental breakfast looking out over green fields.
10.0I chose Barn Farm because of the excellent reviews and it even exceeded expectations. Cleanliness, facilities, nice peaceful surroundings and a friendly host are always top of the list but what made this place stand out were the little treats in the room and the outstanding continental breakfast along with Leigh herself who made us feel completely at home. We will definitely return.
