Perfect location for snorkelling with sharks trip!

very small room, the window wouldn't open and had no air con so was very warm. Toilet was very loud when flushed.

good location but very basic.

Nice view from room. Good location for Boat trips.

Very loud, didn't sleep at all due to loud road noise (motor bikes specifically racing past till late both nights) and single glazed windows. Poor shower. But I guess you get what you pay for!

Not very clean, not very comfortable, terrible bed

3.0

What can I say? This was one of the humbling hotel rooms that you stay in every once in a while to remind you to work a little bit harder. Overall check-in was easy, the layout of the room was nice. What really failed was the quality of the furniture. I am also worried about the cleanliness of the sheets, it seems the duvet cover was set inside out, are they trying to get two uses of it from different guests before sending it to the wash? The carpet was a bit messy. The bathmat was left in the shower, so when you come in you can sense the water underneath the bathmat which is not very hygienic.

I’ve had a few trips to the UK this month and stayed at over a dozen hotels and Inn attached to pubs around the country and this was the worst quality, and marginally cheaper by a few pounds (albeit without breakfast… nor biscuits to have with tea… nor a bottle of water or any extra toiletries, so no better value by any means). While it is called a BnB, this is a bit deceiving as like the reviews say the Breakfast is for charge and available off location. Furniture that was described in reviews as being bent out of shape months ago, remains bent out of shape, so I suspect the quality of the hotel will degrade. But the main thing, the bed was terribly uncomfortable. While the bedframe seems nice, it seems it sags a bit in the centre, so the blocks of wood need replacing. It left me with a terrible night sleep. When coming in the speakers around the terrace were terribly loud (i guess so music can be heard actoss the street), this didn't affect our time in the room, and the music was shut off early, but it was annoying every time we walked by)

Great location and lovely staff

Very clean and comfortable , great location, the staff were very helpful

The shower was very difficult to turn on and off and kept changing temperature The windows wouldn't open when we arrived, but the next day they managed to get one open a little and gave us a fan as it was hot

The location was great, no on-site parking, but public car park very nearby. Cheap, only about £62 for a double room for a night.

Shower/toilet room very small. Toilet not actually attached to the floor. Sink plug hole half rusted away, cold tap constantly dripped. Toilet very loud, but only because it needed an electric masher. Bed very uncomfortable on one side, turned out two support slats missing. Window hard to open, view on to litter-strewn roofing.
