Tivemos uma experiência excelente e só temos elogios. O apartamento realmente superou nossas expectativas em todos os aspectos. A infraestrutura é maravilhosa, tudo muito bem cuidado, funcional e pensado para proporcionar conforto durante toda a estadia. A localização faz muita diferença. Conseguimos fazer praticamente tudo a pé, o que facilitou muito o dia a dia, e mesmo quando usamos Uber, os trajetos foram rápidos, em média cerca de 20 minutos. A rua é movimentada à noite, o que também contribuiu para nos sentirmos seguras. Estávamos em um grupo de 10 pessoas e o apartamento nos acomodou muito bem e com conforto. O espaço atende perfeitamente grupos maiores, sem sensação de aperto, e tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. A limpeza estava impecável e o fato de o espaço ser completo, com tudo o que precisávamos, tornou a experiência ainda melhor. Outro ponto importante foi a sensação de segurança, tanto no apartamento quanto na região. O prédio conta com portaria 24h e porteiro, o que fez toda a diferença, principalmente viajando em grupo de mulheres. O anfitrião foi muito simpático, atencioso e sempre solícito, passando instruções claras desde o início, respondendo rápido e ajudando no que foi necessário. Os funcionários do prédio também foram muito educados, o que contribuiu ainda mais para uma experiência positiva. Com certeza é um lugar que eu recomendo e que voltaria a me hospedar. Foi uma estadia excelente do início ao fim.
