9.0Great room, working Smart TV, which suits me. Self catering facilities are shared and work fine, a bit like a shared apartment I guess. I ate out on the balcony, which is lovely.
− No complaints. Prepare to book your time to use the kitchen for breakfast and you’ll be fine.

9.0A lovely place to stay. Rooms spotlessly clean with everything we needed & a very comfortable bed. Denise and Phil are excellent hosts. Lovely cupcakes on arrival & delicious continental breakfast the following morning including lovely danish pastries.

10.0Beautiful, clean and tidy. I had to arrive very early due to other commitments. Denise greeted me with open arms and accommodated every need. The room and en-suite was exceptional- as good as any 5* hotel. I didn't return to it until 23:30hrs. The first evening was extremely warm and Denise, the ever thoughtful host had already placed a fan in the room and opened the window ready for my return! Access to the kitchen is 24 hours, with everything you could possibly need. Breakfast on the terrace was exceptional! Fresh fruit, yogurt, croissants, orange juice, good coffee, and a little treat of some cup cakes for may last day! Very highly rated Ashwoods House and its patron! I WILL BE BACK!

10.0Beautiful property and setting , Denise was fantastic , couldn’t do enough for us ! Room was So clean and comfortable with a beautiful balcony view and the breakfast out the back balcony was stunning 😍 truly 5* Star , will definitely be back !
