Very unpolite landlord! Double paid for the night and no regret!
1.0− Our room was cancelled by booking.com by mistake, so when we arrived at 15.00 as we had agreed with her she already had some other guests coming. But she said that we would get the money back if we contacted booking.com. Booking.com told us that she had to acknowledge that we could not stay the night as we had already had paid for. When I contacted her by mail and phone, she just said no way and she would not give us our money back. She acted very harsh and unpolite - so a very shocking attitude.
