10.0Very clean tidy and delightful, polite owner who is an amazing Cook! Breakfast was cooked perfectly and delicious Everything set out nicely Pillows are soft and slept comfortably lots of space very well organised I would highly recommend a perfect stay for the cost including breakfast

7.0The breakfast was sensational and the staff, when I had any contact with them, were friendly. The management responded very quickly to Whatsapp messages/ queries. The bed was comfy.
− The guest house is undergoing renovations so I'm sure any concerns I had are being addressed. The hotel was exactly right for my budget and needs.
Pleasant short stay for the function I was attending.
7.0Location was ideal for me. Served my purpose for my stay. Clean tidy room.
− Lack of parking. No breakfast.
A bit basic and scaffolding was unsettling
5.0It was good to get a welcoming text, there was no key in the room when I arrived but I got an immediate response when I phoned for help. The room was Ok although I do prefer an en suite. The bed was comfy and it was good to have a sink in the room and a fan. The bathroom and shower were fine and were available whenever I wanted to use them. The breakfast looked good although I didn't partake. The location was not too bad for getting to the centre of old Hereford.
− There was no key in the room when I arrived so I had to phone for help. There was scaffolding outside and easy access to the window which was a bit unsettling. The cold tap in the sink was stuck so only hot water available in the bedroom. It was a bit of a trek from the bus station - I had a heavy bag and the weather was really hot. However once I figured out the lay of the land the location was not too bad to get to the centre of old Hereford.

10.0Just a a few minutes out of the center which made it easy to get to, also beautiful room, aswell as the bathrooms. Easy to get in and out as they allow you the keys to the front door
− The top floor was really hot, even though they provided fans, some nights the heat was unavoidable
