King size bed, wardrobe and dressing table. Bed linen and towels are all included. You will have private use of a sunroom which has a TV, music center, kettle etc. There is a separate breakfast room. Private bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. You do share the cottage with the owners. This is not a separate annex.

9.0The location was ideal, set in the most beautiful scenic area but close enough to the city and a variety of tourist attractions. Jacquie was warm, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and we loved meeting the impeccably behaved Dougall and Heidi too. The room was spotless and the Wi-Fi and digital to signal top notch. We had a lovely breakfast and the quiet surroundings were ideal for an early night after exploring.

10.0Location was the best so far, we’ve stayed in the surrounding areas several times and this is by far the best area. Views are amazing. Jacqui and Dave were the nicest hosts we’ve ever meet. I’d like to say we’d remain friends when we eventually relocate to the area.

10.0Das Paar, welches das B&B führt ist total nett. Wir haben uns gut unterhalten und kommen gern wieder. Der Ausblick aus der Unterkunft war fabelhaft. Es ist etwas schwierig zu finden, aber wir bekamen eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung.

9.0It was peaceful , very clean and comfortable . Jacquie sent the directions from the hospital on the corner so you dont get lost .The hosts were welcoming and gave ideas of where to visit on your stay .
Please note that the hot tub is not included in the price of stay. To use the hot tub guests are required to pay an additional charges and inform the property 24 hours in advance of planned use to ensure proper cleaning guidelines can be maintained. Discount on long stays is available.
Please note that If you are bringing an electric bike requiring charging the lithium battery on our premises, you will need to provide certification/ invoice detailing that you have purchased the battery from a reputable safety standard authorized supplier/ manufacturer, otherwise I do have the right to refuse charging facilities.
If acceptable we will supply electricity to your vehicle for charging, as it can not be charged inside the property advised by BA Guide-electric bike batteries-bicycleassociation.org.uk .
