10.0The location was perfect and a lovely view of the Solent. Very comfortable bed and the shower was fabulous. Excellent instructions to access accommodation, sent on day of arrival as stated. Parking was easy too.

8.0Ok for the price. Has fridge and some small breakfast bits.
− Needs a renovation, floor squidgy and a very loud ceiling fan and small tv.
Great location comfortable
9.0The location was right on the shore great view from the room. Lin the owner was very friendly and always communicated with me. The rooms are small but comfortable nice bathrooms and shower good WiFi
− Car park is tight. Hard to find but once you have been there once it’s easy

10.0Loved the little room with en suite, couldn't beat what you got for the price
− The fridge hasn't been checked and there was a half empty bottle of water, but other than that it was perfect
