This location is close to the airport and the staff makes it easy to check in and out.

− The shower was broken. The low quality complimentary breakfast.

I chose this location because of an early morning flight and the location near the airport. It was very clean and the people on site were helpful when my shower did not work and in arranging transportation to the airport.

− My room had a none working shower but fortunately a shared one was available. It was inconvenient to have dress and go find someone when it did not work. They charge 20 pounds for a very short airport transfer. Would do my own if doing it again.

Bit of a rip-off, and didn't feel safe at all.

The room was clean, and there was a fan in the room which was a nice addition in the summer period.

− I was quite shocked with my experience here, and I will not be returning that's for sure. The booking displayed that check-in was open from 3pm-12am, and I was arriving at 10:30pm so I was confident someone would be there to greet me. When arriving at the property, I let myself straight in (the front door was wide open, unlocked), and was presented with my room key left on the table on top of a piece of paper containing all of my personal details and details of my booking. This piece of paper, that was clearly visible to any other guests and pretty much members of the public due to the door being open, showed my full name, my personal contact details, the date I was staying, and my room number. The most shocking detail that was available for anyone to see was my PRIVATE note to the owner, informing them that I would be leaving the property between 3-4am due to my early flight. As a young female travelling on their own, anyone could have seen this detail which could have put me at risk, and with no staff/owners around whatsoever during my stay, I felt extremely vulnerable and uncomfortable. I highly recommend you change the way you do this for guests checking in slightly towards the end of the check-in time, as this is also an invasion of my privacy by displaying my contact details. For almost £90 a night, I would've at least expected a friendly face to greet me, so I will not be staying here again and will not be recommending you to anyone either.

Everything was fresh clean and comfortable.

− The cleaner arriving at 8pm and cleaning talking loudly on the phone.

Great overnight stay for early flight

Great place to stay for an early flight. Easy parking and check-in, which was self-service. Nice rooms. Great selection for self-serve breakfast downstairs, including cereals and toast. Would recommend.

− Some talking outside til around 11pm, which disturbed our children's sleep a bit at the rear of the property. Noise from road at front which can't be helped really.
