10.0Stanza enorme e bellissima. Bagno pulito e doccia da tre persone! Posizione strategica per le spiagge con bus navetta gratuita. La chicca è la signora Ana, una donna dolce, attenta e disponibile.

8.0Posizione comoda per girare a piedi il centro storico di Sirolo. Camera molto spaziosa in palazzetto storico. Soffitti affrescati e arredi di stile classico danno un tocco di fascino.
− Il parcheggio, seppur gratuito, è abbastanza lontano dall'edificio. Per scaricare i bagagli spesso l'unica soluzione è fermare l'auto in sosta vietata vicino all'entrata al centro storico, con rischio di sanzioni. La nostra stanza si trovava al terzo piano con accesso solo dalle scale. Da chiarire bene nelle descrizioni, per chi avesse problemi di mobilità. Il letto matrimoniale è grande, ma il materasso piuttosto duro: mi permetto di suggerire di rinnovarlo con un modello più comodo! Suggerirei anche di aggiungere uno stendino all'interno della stanza: trattandosi di un posto di mare vi è necessità di asciugare teli mare e costumi e non si sa dove metterli. Infine suggerirei di aggiungere del caffè come bevanda di cortesia oltre al te'. Rapporto prezzo/servizi un po' elevato.

− Rooms are not sound-proof, so you hear noises from the corridors and the rooms above you. Breakfast quality was ok but not impressing
