It was a quiet and peaceful location. Not too far a drive from main towns and hikes.

− Sent a list of items that were not working in the property to the property manager. No response from management, but I received a general text informing me what time check out was and what to do before check out.( clear dishes , wipe tables and empty bins).The things that did not work were:- remote control to main heating unit was not working due to flat battery( it was so cold) , roller blind in living room was missing it's cord to open and close, aluminium blind in ensuite cannot be opened and closed. There were two other major issues I believe is a health and safely one. Washing machine leaked when it was turned on . I saw water drops coming down from the ceiling onto the dining table when I used it and immediately went upstairs to check the machine. The draining tube had a few splits and water was spraying out. I turned off the machine right away and ended up with soiled wet clothes( had to take these home to wash) . Advised the property manager about it right away, no response ( again radio silence). Later in the evening I noticed water on the floor near the fridge, thought it was the water leaking down through the walls and ceiling. We wiped it all up and next morning we see water on the floor again. Skirting board near the fridge appears to be water damaged too! The water damage from the washing machine located upstairs appears to have been ongoing for awhile as the ceiling looks like it is sagging / warped.

Good location next to golf course

− Second bedroom has no air conditioning very hot in summer. Couldn’t check in until after 6pm because cleaning running behind, despite agreed check in was 3pm as per booking. There is additional cash hold of 350 in credit card in top of full payment of accommodation in advance which included in the fine print . This is an important aspect and should be clearly outlined in the booking content. Also there’s random staff ringing in the day before arrival at after hours (7pm ish) from a random mobile number asking for credit cards info for security hold. It feels very dodgy and not a good experience especially there are so many scams around. It is the last thing you want to worry about while in holiday.
