Great stay, highly recommend
10.0I had the most wonderful experience staying at the residence twice. The location is great, quiet but close to main attractions and water bus. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. The hosts are lovely people, so kind and helpful and attentive. This is a true gem, highly recommend.

10.0I liked the mirror that allowed you to see behind / the back of your head. The concierge was lovely and met me at the boat so I didn't get lost.

Excellent small bed and breakfast central location .
10.0The continental style breakfast was good quality and plentiful. Coffee and tea were available from the Staff. The Staff were very helpful. The location was very good for the centre of Venice. The Air Conditioning was very good to offset the very high temperatures.
