On the whole, this was a very pleasant experience, and we will certainly come back again.

Breakfast selection was very good, in-room coffee very good also. Parking was convenient. Room furnishings attractive and nicely set out for our arrival. Back garden was pretty.

− Bed and pillows were not exceptionally comfortable. One or lamp bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out. Location on the main road meant that traffic noise made it somewhat difficult to get to sleep.

Great stay. Beautiful old house.

It was a continental breakfast. You had to make your own from the choices available in the kitchen. We enjoyed sitting out on the little balcony off the room.

− We never saw anybody during the entire stay. I thought I might have seen the host at one point, but the check-in and checkout were very smooth. The tap in the bathroom sink is VERY stiff and hard to operate. Also, it was fairly dark in there since one of two lights bulbs was about to blow out and was flickering. Otherwise, we had a great stay.
