10.0Very spacious, comfortable accommodation. Lovely cake on arrival, milk in fridge. Excellent cooked breakfast served in room. Very friendly host. Would definitely book again if in area.

9.0Very comfy bed. Loved the additional lounge area. Nice and clean. Gorgeous home made cake upon arrival and lovely breakfast. Chrissy was very flexible around breakfast items.
− It was a bit chilly, however, we didn't ask if it was possible to turn up the heating. That's not going to stop us booking again though - actually about to check availability for September!

10.0Everything about my stay was wonderful. Chrissy and Mike were so hospitable and kind. The space was comfortable and well stocked. And the breakfast was delicious!
− The closest pub is walking distance, but along a busy road.
