10.0Wat een fantastische ervaring hebben wij gehad! We kregen een upgrade zijn omgeboekt naar Palatul Brukenthal. We verbleven hier in juni. De locatie is werkelijk prachtig en ademt sfeer en historie. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij, waardoor we ons direct welkom voelden. Ook het restaurant is een absolute aanrader: heerlijk eten, een gezellige ambiance en uitstekende service. Onze hotelkamer was ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Iedere ochtend genoten we van een uitgebreid en heerlijk ontbijt. We zijn hier vijf dagen gebleven en hebben intens genoten van ons verblijf. Het was een onvergetelijke ervaring. Hartelijk dank aan het hele team voor de gastvrijheid. we komen graag nog eens terug!

− Nu inteleg de ce are pe Booking nota de 9,2, pentru ca, cel putin in Vila Rozalia, camera Feri, unde am fost cazati nu a fost nimic care sa reflecte aceasta nota. Mocheta murdara, patata si la preluarea camerei se vedea ca nu a fost cel putin aspirat. Izolarea fonica este ZERO. Practic, cei care stateau sub noi se auzeau de parca erau cu noi in camera. Canapea patata, gaurita de tigari ( aici stiu, si oamenii sunt de vina, insa nu este vina noastra ). Restaurantul: mesele si scaunele foarte murdare, pana si meniurile iti lasau pe maini senzatia de murdar. Timpul de asteptare pentru mancare foarte mare, in conditiile in care erau maxim 3 mese ocupate. Mic dejun ( 50 lei / persoana ) destul de simplu, insa si acela lipsa. Cand am ajuns noi, la ora 9 dimineata ( adica cu o ora inainte sa se incheie ) nu am gasit decat jumatate din produse. Este o singura persoana care se ocupa de tot micul dejun din sala, care poarta manusi, dar intinde mochete pe jos, apoi aseaza mancarea, apoi cara vasele murdare, apoi repara aparatul de cafea. Aceleasi manusi, o singura persoana, poate doar sa nu se murdareasca dansa pe maini. Asa zisa piscina arata neingrijit. Chiar daca am platit un pret micut ( 420 lei/noapte ) as fi preferat sa platesc ceva mai mult, insa sa reflecte nota de 9,2 de pe Booking. P.S. Pozele de pe Booking nu reflecta deloc realitatea, fiind editate pana la extrem.

10.0Vila este foarte eleganta, piscina a fost in fata camerei, foarte curat, locuri incarcate de istorie. Platul Brukenthal se afla foarte aproape, terasa exceptionala, inconjurata de multa verdeata, aflata pe domeniul Brukhental. Totul are un aer occidental, mic dejun variat foarte bun. A fost un sejur exceptional!
