− Others left main door open for others. So less secure and safe. Not owners fault. No problems happened.

7.0The location & the cleanliness
− The staff , they are not friendly at all , since the very first day , there was delay in answering / i stood down for 10 minutes till someone opened the door , i asked for a basket in the room , they said no , you already have one in the toilet ! There was no clear guidance ,, they didnt send me my room number , no one was there to clarify , i had to whatsapp & wait for answers ,, also on the keys , there are three keys they didnt explain / nothing explains the safe usage & password ! One last thing / there is no mirror in the room !

− Letto piuttosto scomodo, ancora di più i cuscini. Mancanza di mensole o altro per poter appoggiare qualsiasi oggetto in bagno.

9.0Posizione ottima, struttura vicinissima alla fermata Ottaviano della metro A. Camera comodissima con tutti i comfort.
− Qualche incomprensione per effettuare il check-in e per l’utilizzo del deposito bagagli: 15 euro per un armadio in compensato un filo eccessivi.
