The room is light and airy and has views over the town, on to the Isle of Thanet, and out towards the English Channel. This King room is on the second floor. We also have a king room on the first floor. This room does not have a bath or sea views, but has an En-suite shower room with walk in shower.

7.0Een uitstekend ontbijt voor enkele nachten. Voor een langere periode is het ontbijt te eenzijdig (alleen ei-gerechten, geen vleeswaren en alleen toast).
− De drukke doorgaande verkeersweg. Veel verkeersoverlast vanaf ‘‘s morgens vroeg tot laat in de avond.

9.0Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend, super nett und liebenswürdig. Zum Zimmer gehörte ein sehr großes Badezimmer. Alles war sehr sauber, Wechselhandtücher gab es schon am zweiten Tag ( eher unüblich für B&B). Das Frühstück konnte individuell zusammengestellt werden. Großartige Idee. Sehr gute Lage, in 20 Minuten war man zu Fuß im Zentrum oder an der Seebrücke.

A good welcome and every convenience.
9.0The location was very convenient for all the places we wanted to visit; the room was good with everything we needed; we could see the sea (in the distance) which was a joy. The owners were very friendly and helpful- we felt welcome. They did all they could to mitigate the heat. We could always park outside the house. The cooked breakfasts were excellent with plenty of options and well cooked.
− While the breakfast was good, with plenty of choice, for those who like a cooked breakfast it was limited if you don't. Fruit (pears, bananas, apples and oranges) and cereals were available but yogurts, pasties (like croissant) were not. The toast was the most basic bread. All the creativity was directed at the cooked breakfast!

− Nothing that I didn’t like, we had the top floor loft room and the stairs with a case can be difficult
Lovely hosts, great breakfast, off street parking.
7.0Phil and Karen, were great, they couldn’t do enough. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. Off street parking was a bonus, right outside the property. Sofa in the room was appreciated when we went back to recharge our batteries.
− Distressed flooring in the hall and dining room looked unfinished, as if they were awaiting a new carpet. Quite an old school feel about the place.
