The breakfast provided was excellent. We really liked how we were able to customize our food choices each morning. The location was excellent, easy access to both the beach and the town.

− The shower in our room was rather temperamental, at times it was difficult to get warm water.

Caroline and Andy such nice people, friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great. My room overlooked the sea and was comfortable with en suite and very clean. The whole property is well decorated and nice to be in, Highly recommend this property to any visitors to Lowestoft good - price very reasonable for such a good place,
