− Breakfast was a bit late for me but only because I start work early, and John the manager was very accommodating and was up early for me 😁
Inn was very nice. Staff were lovely. I just felt the room was very dark. It was very overpriced £160 per night.

− Our room was very dark as every Window overlooks the car park and all the blinds had to be down for privacy. The room smelled strongly of bleach on our arrival. The duvet was so thick and heavy not best for summer.

10.0If you'd like to see and hike to Banford Edge this is the place to stay. Staff is extremely friendly and nice. The food is excellent and the breakfast is superb.

A comfortable, value for money pub in a convenient location for Ladybower and Derwent.
8.0Retired couple - single night stay on the way home from Yorkshire to Somerset. The room was as expected - a little small but for the price we paid, it was good. Nice bathroom with very good shower within the bath. Comfortable bed. Good parking just outside. Evening meal and breakfast were both very good. Flask of fresh milk was a lovely touch. We enjoyed our brief stay and would go again.
