10.0The property is within a short level stroll from the centre of Woodhall Spa, is easy to find with good parking facilities. The room was spacious and a lot of thought has been given to the layout which is both practical and comfortable. The hosts are lovely and, whilst not in any way intrusive,couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast in your room is wonderful. If we are in Woodhall Spa again we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would thoroughly recommend the property to others

10.0The parking was the big thing for me with a van and trailer, it was plenty big enough. And the hosts were very thoughtful, happy and kind.😊
− Very minor but my bed was very soft and springy, the other bed in larger room was lovely. But this would not stop me staying hear again, only a very minor thing.🥇

10.0Great location. Our room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Air conditioning was an added bonus. The bathroom had a good sized walk in shower. The shower itself was quite powerful, a rare thing in most B&Bs we go in. I can’t fault the accommodation at all, I would highly recommend if you want to visit Woodhall Spa. Last but not least, Bob the owner, arrived with a piping hot delicious breakfast in the morning.
